The bachalor work deals with methods of forming survey outcomes completed by GEODIT REAL s.r.o. . It specifies land consolidation circumference in a cadastral district Malíkov. First the aim of the work is to characterize theoreticaly activities preceded to the specification of land consolidation circumference and explain the expresion land consolidation. Then the bachalor work sums up following methods from the beginning of the survey to the outcomes completation.

Prices of constructions for landscape activities

Bachelor thesis deals with the explanation of problems related to landscape activities, above all the valuation of common facilities. The common facilities for land consolidation are those constructions that are created during implementation the landscape activities. The thesis also describes concepts, which are related to budgeting and valuation of objects in the construction industry. The main aim of this thesis is to create cost indicator cards of selected common facilities. In practice, these cards are used mainly in the first phase of the project, therefore in the phase of planning. The cost indicators obtained from the cards are used for quick and easy determination of estimated prices of whole construction.

Design, renewal and updating of Geodetic control in Land consolidation

The bachalor work deals with the analysis of survey in the range of land consolidation. The work plans on filling in minor horizontal control. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part organized to chapters. First it deals with theoretical problems of land consolidation and minor horizontal control. Then it carries out the analysis of survey. The practical part aims to plan on filling in minor horizontal control for land consolidation purposes in a cadastral district Malíkov. The revision of existing MHC was analyzed and MHC was resumed and filled in.The final study is enclosed to the end of work.

Valuation of constructions for landscape activities

This thesis deals with the issue of landscape activities and focused on the valuation of objects arising in their implementation. The theoretical part deals with the history and terminology related to the treated theme. Then there is defined the procedure for making landscaping and related legislation. The practical part includes the process of valuation of objects implemented within the landscaping method called "cost indicators objects of common facilities" (NUSZ). Apart from the instructions on setting the parameters in this section there is processed 20 cards costs indicators objects of common facilities such as demonstrative examples.
